A great pool! The design gave us both the sound of q waterfall and the length to do laps. In both design and construction they really listened to our hopes and came up with a pool that realized them. In addition, we really appreciated the good work done by everyone who was involved in construction. They were prompt, professional and responsive in addition to doing great work.

I contracted with Pool Design Concepts in Nov. of 2019 and work was started in at the end of December. Construction was completed early March 2020 and I could not have been more pleased with the result. The design phase to the finished construction was a seamless experience. Matt Russell was knowledgeable, professional and personable, as was the rest of the Staff. I would, and have recommended Pool Design Concepts to anyone looking for a quality Pool and a company who stands behind their product.

Not sure who owns this company now, but it is not Phil Hess, the one with the good reviews. I dealt with Matt Russell, who was completely unprofessional and untruthful. He owes me a lot of money that I stupidly gave him pursuant to our “contract” before I told him to stop work on my pool. The good reviews on here are fake.
