Miles Hamrick does not follow through. On September 20, 2021 he said he would refund my money and as of Oct 14, 2021 I have not heard another word from him. We met at Lowe's to order the necessary materials to replace my deck. I trusted him to have the correct information. My big mistake. I had to correct him on the Trex color and the number of stair railings needed. After returning home I calculated out the amount of planks needed and even adding an extra 20% for waste etc he had me order almost twice the amount necessary. His charge worked out to be over $200 an hour for labor per person

This company came highly recommended. I chose him based on that. Very nice guy and promised us the world but in the end, remodeling 3 rooms took forever and we are left with shoddy work. Asking us for 60% down should have been the first red flag. Cashed big check over a month before he stepped foot in my house. These pics show that he does not pay attention to detail.
