I worked with Josh Snowden on getting my roof inspected during the last storm and there was enough damage that we needed to file a claim with my insurance comapny. Josh helped me with the whole process and I was super pleased with the work JWC had done form start to finish.

Hired them to replace our roof. They hired others to do the job instead, so they subcontracted out without our knowledge or consent, and the company who actually replaced our roof was responsible for so much damage due to ripping our roof off before daylight when a storm came upon them. Water damage throughout the house. Would not recommend this company because you cannot be sure they will actually be the ones to do the actual work!

After our home was hit by a hail storm, I had to find a roofer to get me an estimate to repairs to the damage on our roof. Several roofers showed up, in our neighborhood, knocking on our door, trying to get our business. After a few days of this, I had a chance to review the companies and had to make my choice. I went with JWC General Contractors for two reasons. 1st was the professionalism shown by Zach Routin, when he came to our door. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. I was looking for a metal roofing company to fix some my residential roof issues with great difficulty not only because it was a metal roof, but because, unfortunately, roofers, and companies that do roofing, they tend to do shorty repairs and tend to be scammers, do not do quality work, and charge thru the roof for inferior work. We had an excellent experience with JWC General contracors. They repaired our roof and gutters froma hail storm. We loved Michael, our sales man. He walked us through the process, was patient with all our questions, and followed through making sure everything got done and was handled properly. JWC was professional from start to finish. I started using them at the end of a storm season but I ended up needing emergency surgery so I had to postpone the process. The next year my point of contact moved and gave me direct contact info of someone else. I met with Michael Reichert and he was stellar! Answered any & all questions along the way with a smile and if I could not reach him he would reply by phone or text within a short period. A good feeling as the consumer. I have had JWC come out of couple of times over the last 5 years to find and fix a couple of small leaks in my roof (residential). I have been extremely pleased both times...the response has been prompt, professional, and courteous. Dylan Morin was exceptional. The problems have been found and fixed while they were on sight; and they did not mind answering the 50 questions I had each time they were out here. I will go to them whenever I have a roof or remodeling issue for sure. Exceptionally fair prices as well!

This company along with their sister company ADH has helped me on three (3l insurance claims from roof damage to storm damage due to water with the Texas Big Freeze. Roofers are a plenty in my neighborhood right now. Collins Robinson caught me outside today and offered to do a temporary repair to my roof where there was some missing shingles. He did this free of charge. I am blown away that someone did something so kind! I will definitely be doing business with this company when my insurance company agrees to replace my roof. Tim was amazing at helping us get our roof taken care of. Our insurance company continuously attempted to cut corners and pay for only portions of our roof despite needing a complete roof repair done. Tim walked us through the entire process and helped us battle the insurance company to make sure that we were completely taken care of. I began searching for roofing companies after our house was destroyed by hail. They were local and received great reviews, so I took a chance. Let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. Jason and the team were extremely friendly, professional and responsive from the moment I called them.

We hired JWC for our new roof, gutters, trim paint, and fence staining and couldn't be happier with their work.
