Update:Unfortunately, the install process has been a massive headache. The install on my vinyl is complete and was done well. I am pleased. The install team was good. But we're almost 8 weeks in and my carpet has yet to be installed with absolutely no info on when it will be complete. I was told 4-6weeks. I've asked for updates and am told every time "I have no information" For this reason I have to take away a star (wish I didn't have to)for so much miscommunication, lack of updates(I have to call for the updates) and lack of organization. I wouldn't completely rule out using absolute best but

We recently updated our floors, we went from carpet, tile and laminate flooring. The flooring installed by Absolute Best Flooring is beautiful!
The people there are friendly, patiently answered all our questions and worked within our budget. They have a wide variety of flooring to fit any budget and design. The installation crew were friendly, knowledgeable and most of all had integrity in their workmanship. We are very satisfied with the whole process and have recommended them to family for their home update needs! Mike and his family are wonderful people to do business with!

Horrible experience! Ordered floor on sat, was told my order would be in Thursday. NEVER received a call that they didn't receive my order, I had to call multiple times to get information. All they said was oh sorry we'll get it by next Thursday! I had to to ask if there's a way I could go get it, come to find out that was going to be a drive. I needed the flooring so I had to drive to pick it up, simple enough right? WRONG! I drive for almost 2 hours to get to this place, just to be informed that they hadn't even paid for my order! We had flooring done that was pretty good although it took three times as long to do as we were quoted.
The biggest problem is with the solid surface counter tops, tile and grout in the kitchen. A big chunk of the quartz is missing and poorly filled with some other material, and the grout continues to fall out whenever I clean the tile at the joint where the backsplash meets the counter top.
Mike begged me to write a good review on yelp, sorry I can't recommend.

Mike was a great help with making sure we got the best value! The job was doing quickly and it looks amazing!! I would highly recommend going here for your flooring needs. We only did three rooms downstairs, but after seeing the amazing job of Juan and his crew, we are going to get the carpet removed upstairs, too. Highly recommend!!

My family and I have used Absolute Best Flooring for several years now. My first experience with Mike was an investment property. I had them redo my carpets. I wanted a really good price on just cheap carpets. They did an amazing job, even at the lowest price in town they still cut no corners. So now I used them for my personal home. Had every inch of the house done. Removed old tile and put down very high end laminate, carpets and baseboards. I couldn’t be happier. They even rebuilt our stairs and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Every time we went into the store to see Mike to finalize our flooring experience he always provided excellent customer service. The guys he sent to do the job were amazing and fast. So our home flooded in October and I started doing research on some local flooring companies. I walked into Mike's shop (the owner) and crutches and all he went out of his way to not only greet me but answer every single question I had. In August 2020, I went into Absolute Best flooring and spoke directly to the owner Mike Dickey. I advised Mike on several occasions that I wished to purchase a full carpet roll for my home so that the color would be from the same dye-lot. After the gentlemen came out and measured the area's that were to be carpeted, Mike advise me that the original color I choose would not be in stock until the first week of September. We have now used Absolute Best Flooring twice! They do a great job with great products. Both houses were done with waterproof vinyl planked flooring (different colors and different brands). What was great about this company is that the price we received was the total price out the door with materials, labor and taxes. We had the flooring and baseboards done in both houses (because honestly, who want to try and save baseboards?). Pictures are of the first house and we'll hopefully get updated pictures of the new house soon.

We could not be happier with our carpet and baseboards from Absolute Best Flooring! First, thank goodness I checked with them after getting a quote from Home Depot. They saved us $1000! AND gave us nicer carpet and padding than we would have gotten. The workers they sent out were amazing! Worked so fast, and were so professional, and did impeccable work. I am seriously thrilled, and will never go anywhere else for flooring.

Absolute Best Flooring has been our go-to floor and tile place for the past 5 years. Owner, Mike is a stand up guy. You won't find better customer service or better quality work in the AV. They stand by their work too. After 4 years we had a minor problem with the laminate and they were eager to get it fixed.

Mike, Ryan, and Will did an excellent job in my house. I have recommended 2 of my friends to Mike because he just such a down to earth guy and he made sure i was happy. Even when there was small hiccups, he had no issues having his guys come back rip out the uneven tiles in the outdoor room a redid it, i was very happy!

We got so many positive referrals to go to this place. Everything was great until the work started at my house. The carpet installation was great, zero complaints there. ,The waterproof and baseboards were a nightmare. We still have damaged stairnosings that they installed that they have not fixed yet because they flaked multiple times. Please look at the attached pictures.

We needed quality, great-pricing, and quick and professional removal and installation of carpet, and hands down, Absolute Best lives up to their name! A few months back I contacted Mike for an estimate on Flooring. My go to place used to be another flooring place but they got a little too expensive. Mike promised us a great deal and the best work we can possibly get. He keep his word and gave us what we asked for. We had our master bedroom done and it turn out better than I could of imagine. The price did not burn out my savings, you can't beat his prices!
