Buying process was slow and rediculous. Vehicle tires were not as advertised on site. Finance team tried to charge me double my interest rate and when I asked salesman why they offered such a high rate to begin with,his response was "because some people will pay it without asking why". I was promised wipers and a hitch on my first oil change but when I came,I was told it not only wasn't there but it was on back order till January. Unprofessional,Shady,and Untrustworthy. I will ensure that I never purchase another vehicle from Petro.

Just recently purchased our 2nd Nissan in two years from Petro. First one was for my wife two years ago. Had great experience so we looked again, this time for me. Paul Carrubba was a great salesman who was very knowledgeable. Alex the sales manager remembered us from our first purchase and came and thanked us. We had the same finance manager as last time. She even remembered us. Petro is definitely a great and customer-friendly Nissan dealership. Would recommend!

I can honestly say that Rickey was both knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the questions I had and a few were tough and required honesty and since I pride myself on knowing the truth when it's being given to me, I trusted his responses. He told me things which hindered Nissan in the past and that they had done all they could to correct them. Also I appreciated the fact that he never made me feel pressured to do anything. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service I received from Petro and would happily recommend any of my friends to your organization.

My check engine light came on and I was concerned. I contacted my sales rep and he suggested that I bring it in for a service check. The service department went above and beyond to investigate the problem and resolved it for me. They also explained their finds and how they were able to resolve the issue. They gave me instructions on what to do should it happen again. This was very helpful and gave me the peace of mind that they cared not only for the performance of my vehicle but my safety as well.

My father and I last year went to Petro Nissan to buy a car :
we talked on the phone was approved for a new car .
got there the person who told us this was not there , ended up with a used car, way to high interested rate and was told had a year left on 3 year warranty.
the ac motor goes out and service center informs me oh its over 36 miles its not covered , when I told him we where never told this only we had a year and a half warranty but the fact the car had 54000 miles on it well it not be covered .
what is the use buying a car if you don't get what you want and then to only find

The worst car buying experience EVER. First, don't interrupt me while I'm shopping so you can bring the car you assume I'm approved for directly to me. You don't know WHAT I'm working with. Second, don't assume that because she's about to be a young car owner that she needs YOUR guidance. That's why I'm here. Third, you yelled, maybe this should have been first, at your salesman over the PA. That was unprofessional, rude and highly disrespectful. Honestly, I'd already decided my business here was done before you gave your limp fish handshake.

After viewing new and used vehicles, my wife and I decided that the ones available that we liked were out of our price range. But thanks to the very persistent and we'll spoken salesman that obviously didn't care if we could afford it or not my wife ended up buying a vehicle that was beyond our means.
I dislike salesmen that don't think about the customer. Will not be back to petro. EVER.
Petro has nice vehicles and relatively good deals, and our vehicle is very nice. I just wish the salesman would not nag the customers every minute of the day to get the sale.
