We have had an amazing experience working with Beth at Stone Central. Our home improvement project has been riddled with delays and frustrations due to Covid supplies and some botched things with the counters that occurred at the design stage with Lowe's, so when it came to the final stage of measuring and installing counters, we did expect some hiccups. Counters look great and we're affordable. But the sink cut out is off. The under mount sink we purchased through Home Depot has a ledge to hold accessories, width wise. In my confirmation email from stone they mentioned this reveal in the blueprint e-mail. But the cut reveals the lip around the entire sink which defeats the purpose of the under mount sink. When I was under the sink I could see light coming through the silicone because theres barley any lip of the sink to seal the to the countertop now. It's really frustrating. I would assume the a countertop company would not make this mistake

Love our new countertops!!! Dale and Jerome did an amazing job! With our house being so old, nothing is square and consistent as far as measurements would go, but this company got it dead on - amazing! Initially I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews, but we are so pleased with their work! Also, they were all very friendly and courteous throughout the entire process.

I still don't have a counter top. I paid for them nearly 3 months ago. While I realize COVID slows things down, this is ridiculous. Returning phones calls does not happen. Customer service does not exist.. Ashley in the installation department is incredibly rude and dismissive. The overall incompetence at nearly every level has been astounding. I won't go into too much detail.. but avoid this company if you can.. I am so pleased with the work done in my kitchen by this company. Not only was it quality work and looks beautiful; everyone I dealt with whether on the phone, by e-mail or in my home were polite, courteous and respectful of my time and my home. I don't have anymore projects scheduled in my home, but if I did I would not hesitate to use Stone Central. The staff and the installers provide exceptional customer service.

I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Absolutely terrible customer service from this company. They tell you they will call you back and you find yourself calling 15 times in 3 weeks without a response. They brought my countertops after the measure and they were all screwed up. They stated they would send a guy to fix them. He came out and laughed and said they needed to go back and recut. Then they were brought back and same guy says they looked good but he spent 5 hrs grinding on-site after I said no way. $8,000 worth of countertops and 10 weeks of going back and forth. I had silestone quartz counters installed in my kitchen last week and so far I’m very happy with them. The installers did a great job. The scheduling took a long time though.

We had our countertops installed today and we are very pleased. Our two installers Ivim and Brendon were exemplary in their install, in their professionalism, and skillfulness. The quality and look of our countertop is excellent. We would have given five stars but stone central customer service needs just a little more improvement. We had our countertops installed yesterday and give 5 *'s to the entire process. The office staff notified us of everything we needed to know in a timely manner. The installers (Jake and AJ) showed earlier than scheduled (always welcomed) and upon arrival explained the entire process and answered our questions upon completion. The product (granite tops) and the company get 5 stars from us...from start to finish!! Thank you

I had Blue Pearl granite countertops installed by Anthony and Jake, what a difference! The countertops change the entire look of my kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased. Anthony and Jake were very professional and explained everything as they went along and provided thorough instructions for care after they had finished. I was also very pleased with the 16 year warranty that comes along with our granite. I would highly recommend their services and will call them again when we redo our bathroom.

Stone Central was the contractor that installed my countertops purchased through Lowe's. Dealing with Stone Central was a horrible experience.

The backsplash is not flush against the wall and does not align with the countertops. It looks like I installed them myself.

They are rude and unprofessional and their work is shoddy and unacceptable. I paid for the countertops in January and was told by Lowe's that I could expect installation in March. It's been a month since the cabinets were ready for countertops and we still haven't even been provided an install date. It took a week for them to get out to measure and now three weeks waiting on a call. When I call and ask what the delay is they just say they need to find out where the material is.

By far the worst countertop experience so far. Lack of communication is astounding. We won't be going with them in future remodels or flips.

The countertop techs Jake and Cody came at the earlier time of 12:30pm on the dot. Super professional and covid conscious. They were very informative on the granite and pointed out some unique characteristics like garnet and gold in the pattern.

Terrible. They sub contract from lowes we drove 2 hours to look at slab we didn't like one section of it they said it was earth and couldn't guarantee it, wouldn't be visable.
Their measurements and installation were terrible. They never drilled a whole for the soap dispenser, never told us just installed - not to the template we signed off on.
This is the worst part of all. One section of the counter was installed crooked so that a when we went to go put the stove back in it doesn't fit. The opening in the front measures 30 1/4" and the measurement closest to the back
