I don't have an issue with the storage facility, itself. I have an issue with the increase in monthly fees each year. We rent for additional storage, but we are willing to part ways. We rented the storage space in 2016. Since then, our monthly they fees have increased by $30. I understand incremental increases due to inflation, but from year 3 until now, it has steadily and significantly increased. This may be our last month. It is not worth it to pay over $80 for a very small storage space.

If I could give -1 stars I would. Nothing was what I was told. They made it seem like the best place to work and it was far from it. No benefits, no real money to make, no mileage reimbursement like promised. One manager did less then I did but got paid way more. Felt like slavery most times. Miscommunication from everyone working there. People quitting left and right including managers so that alone should say something. A complete mess. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there. And this is Ariel.
