We got referral to call them. Lauren? The office manager was polite with concern. She explained the fees and when they could come by. They also kept in touch by text message. The tech was polite, and professional and kept me in the loop during the whole process.

Our tenants called HSS because the cesspool was starting to overflow. Tenant made the call, call was answered by a very efficient person (Lauren) who dispatched a truck immediately. Payment was made within the time call was dispatched and job completion. So easy!

These gentlemen were fantastic. They evaluated the problem quickly and remediated the issue as fast as possible, explaining everything to us, as first time home owners. They were professional, lovely, and considering this was an emergency and a night visit, unbelievably patient. I highly recommend this company.

Great job! These guys tackled a difficult situation - no records of locations of cesspool or leaching tanks. They figured out that there were more than one tank, and they persevered until they found all 3. They were tenacious, resourceful, and very knowledgeable. They were all professional and friendly.
