Our Central AC stopped working for almost two weeks, I have 5 companies came to my house, they said that we have to change New AC, but no one have any AC, because "Trane" is on backorder, and we have to wait for six month, we went to BBB.org and found this company. We called them, 15 minutes later their technician came to our door and Kelly sent all the insurance papers to our association in a few minutes and Josh fixed it in two hours. Kelly is always super friendly when I have called to schedule maintenance. The first maintenance service Rodiny was in training and was professional, and friendly. This time he was on his own and I would give him 5 stars. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He congratulated me on the recent purchase of the property, and you could see it was genuine. He provided me with a quote for a new unit, and answered all my questions. I will definitely stay with this company for my AC needs.
