Craig should have been at our house between 4:15 and 4:30 for him to look at our yard and give us a quote. He shows up 20 minutes late with no call showing horrible professionalism. When we make him aware of this he says that he can leave. Against our better judgment we still let him in. Then he comes in and has only one sample with him. He swears up and down it's the best. When my husband and I ask to see more samples, instead of going to his truck to get them, he asks something like are we going to buy today... Implying that he wouldn't go get the samples if we didn't agree to buy!! He didn't
