E-Star Roofing Services rescued us after a low-bid roof replacement gone wrong. It was raining inside our garage and living room! Even though the roofers returned to 'repair', they were inexperienced and just made it worse. E-Star is a very professional and prompt company. Scott did a fantastic job explaining the process and following up. He's on top of his game. The crew was efficient, prompt and very thorough. Highly recommend them.

I hired E-Star roofing for a roof leak I have over my Florida room. The day they came to do the repair. I went out to see what they were doing at one point. And saw the worker in the middle of my roof. I asked what he was doing there. Another roofer came to my door. And explained he took off my Ridge Vent and replaced it. It didn't fix my leak for 5 min. Because i didn't need a Ridge Vent. My biggest mistake was I really didn't look at the paperwork that sd they were going to replace the Ridge Vent. They took me for a supreme idiot. Took my 1,000. And nothing was resolved. All the

You know you're dealing with a quality company when the owner comes out to measure the roof himself, checks on the job daily and personally addresses any questions or concerns you have. Great price, high quality and on time. I highly recommend.

Did a job on my mothers house and covered her gutters. Came back to remove that and she noticed her gutter guards were gone and replaced with black foam. After numerous calls came and took pictures without letting her know for she wasn't home and then came back and installed a sub par product once again when she wasn't home. Calls not answered, owner ignored her. She went down there and owner told this 82 4"11 women to get out or they would call the cops. Owner told her this on speaker phone. I have called and left 3 messages still no call back! Don't know why the owner

The absolute worst ever so called "roofer".... They are the absolute worst "roofer" you could ever imagine. They would not and did not address any concerns. Scott Cole, owner ignores you, will Not respond, does Not supervise the workers. Refuses to meet with you and cannot even be bothered to pick up a phone and even call with numerous attempts to get answers.to problems and issues....... When you insist on resolutions and answers to problems andcorrective measures for his crews defective workmanship... they pack up, leave and abandon the job, breached the contract 3 times with no remedy. They did a great job. My roof is even better than when the house was new. They went the extra mile for insurance savings, upgraded underlayment and longer nails, etc. The crew was on time and kept everything as tidey as possible. So far, many compliments from the neighbors.

Very bad experience with this company. No supervision on the job whatsoever. We had two different leaks after the new roof was completed. We had numerous complaints about the job the owner got extremely angry with our unhappiness. There was no communication with us about concerns that popped up during the job. Except for extra expenses that kept occurring.
