We called Darrell’s after we had septic water backing up into our home. I called right when they opened at 7:30 and they were super accommodating and arrived at 8:15 to assess septic. The two guys that came out were super informative and very fast in getting repair done. Highly recommend!

Recently bought home and was unfamiliar with the septic. They were very polite and answered all of my many questions I had about my septic. Price was cheap and it only needs to be pumped every 3 years. I do recommend.

So I called Darrell's Septic Service and they gave me a much more reasonable estimate, explained the problem and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend Darrell and his wife.

I just had a Darrell's septic service service do a routine inspection and pump of my septic system. This experience was so much more wonderful than the last one I had. The last company I hired the man backed his big truck into my yard and hit one of his side view mirrors on one of my trees breaking the mirror. 6 years later I am still picking up the glass! I called Darrell's last Sunday morning after my septic system's level alarm had gone off the night before. I left a message and got a call back from Darrell a few hours later. He answered all my questions and came out the next morning with one of his guys and looked everything over. I should also mention it's the middle of January and about 5 degrees outside, and my tanks are not exactly easy to get to. They fixed a few things and pumped out the tanks. Price keeps going up! 4 years ago had my septic pumped for $170. called this spring and he said $180. guy come out to my house this fall and tells me $195. give the guy $200 and he tell me he doesn't have change and will drop the $5.00 off later. guy never does! dishonest with customer!
