I called almost a month ago to have my washer repaired , he said he would put me on his list and get to me as soon as he could. Waited two weeks and texted , he said his 4 apartment complexes were Keeping him busy but would keep on his list waited another week and a half texted him and he has no answered me yet. If I could take it to his shop he would fix it . Tell me how a 65 year old female with no truck or trailer is supposed to take it to the shop.
At his point I would be afraid to take it to him , I may never get it back. Lousy way to run a business when you are really the only one around

We took our washer and dryer in for repair. They fixed the washer at a great price but they didn’t even open up the dryer. They just told us there was nothing wrong with it. We told them it wasn’t heating and thought the element bad. We ordered the part online and my husband watched a YouTube video and fixed it himself. We’re just gonna do that from now on.
