We offer both Residential and commercial service contracts. For commercial service contracts, please contact us for pricing and details. Our commercial contracts basically involve LA preforming preventive service every 3 months, 4 times a year. As Benjamin Franklin said, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Demarco is great! He has been out twice this summer to helps us baby along our really old system without just trying to sell us a new one. Honest guy, knowledgeable, kind and quick. We have had next day service which is unbeatable in the high heat of the summer. Highly recommend this company!

Replaced my fan blade and motor when it locked up. Cleaned the entire unit from top to bottom as best as anyone could and also replaced the condenser. They called me back when I left a message and also showed up when they said they’d be here. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you LA heating and cooling for doing a top shelf job.

Easy to make contact. Got a quote within a few days of first time calling them. Scheduled installation in about a week after accepting the quote.
As a first time AC/Furnace replace experience for me, I relied on them to make recommendations. Now after the fact, there would be a few things I would request differently but didn't think to ask prior to. It would have been helpful for a little more explanation on what and how things would fit and ductwork to change for the new system.
Overall, I'm happy and would use LA again. Next time, I will have more questions and concerns though prior to.

Amazing service. Very professional and hardworking. They showed up on time, worked nonstop until the job was done. The whole crew was extremely polite. They even cleaned up after themselves! I have tried several other companies over the years and not been satisfied. I was referred to LA Heating by a friend of a friend and wasn’t expecting much. Unfortunately, I did require a new unit, but John explained it very well for me to understand and the whole process was a pleasant experience. The entire team is very professional, efficient, and honest. I will be using them from now on without a doubt!

Had another company come to my house and tell me that I had to have my whole system replaced due to " they don't make it anymore". I called for a second opinion and I found out that's totally not true. Not only did John save me thousands of dollars, but was able to repair my existing system and its working great. Always call for a second opinion, and if you do. Call John at LA HVAC he will take care of it. I don't have to call for a second opinion anymore, because my first choice is now LA HVAC. Thanks to all the guys there and even the receptionist.
