Do not use them. The homes look beautiful on the outside!! Once you get in you realize the poor workmanship poor quality materials. Our sub floors are so loud and loose after about 7 months. They said it’s because we had the house to humid. Guess what, Ive been looking at their reviews everywhere and its so many complaints about the same issue. Not only that, they dont tell the truth about things. They sd my home was a model home to get out of doing certain repairs playing wordplay games!! Michel is nice nasty and can be unprofessional!! My biggest complaint is workmanship and its the very small

Everything is great until you make a warranty claim. The houses LOOK nice, but after living in them you discover all the shotty work and poor craftsmanship. Had problems from the beginning. Any time you request a repair covered under warranty they find an excuse not to repair it or delay until the warranty is expired. That is, if they even return your call in the first place, which is rare. They dont even bother to correct the problems you point out on your final walkthrough. They will always find an excuse not to hold up their end. I've referred my family and friends to builder on the other end

My wife and I met with Randy Hall from Luxor Homes several months ago with hopes of building a new home. Throughout all of our discussions and meetings, Randy was knowledgeable, professional and totally transparent. Due to a number of personal reasons we were unable to move forward at the last minute. While disappointed, Randy was very understanding and supportive during the whole process. If we are ever able to build a new home in Northwest Indiana in the future, we would definitely choose Randy Hall and Luxor Homes.

I called several times inquiring about rent to own. Each time I called I was told that Cindy would get back to me but that never happened. I tried a forth time called actually spoke with Cindy S and she immediately said she would call back when asked when would that be it was like I offended her. This company does not show good customer service. The thing is you never know who the customers knows to treat them bad. My family is trying to relocate but it will not be with this company that came highly recommended by Realtor friend. Cut your losses and go with a company that will respect you as a

Luxor Homes are very well built in comparison to other builders we’ve looked at. Their finishes go above other builders as well. Randy was amazing to work with - very friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and easy to get in touch with. You can tell this company takes pride in what they do and have a passion for their homes! They answer all questions and are clear and transparent with the buyer. We are so happy with the way the buying process went and are love with our new home!

Buying a home from Randall Hall and Luxor Homes was a huge mistake. Randall Hall said tv/internet cable was available. It is not. I have made several warranty claims that they ignore including heating/AC system and loose sub-flooring. The house is very drafty from door that do not seal well. Cigarette smoke from the neighbor's (attached) house leaks into our house.The quality of workmanship and materials is VERY POOR and Luxor Homes DOES NOT HONOR their new home warranty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RANDALL HALL OR LUXOR HOMES.
