Understand and maintain blueprints, designs client instructions to develop construction plans for your team. Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes. Review and understand daily work plan, goals and requirements by active participation in pre-task and post-task team meetings, including reviews of safe work practices, work orders, job prints and job notes.
