Ryan made several visits to our home to diagnose and repair our 36" Commercial Gas range. He is a very efficient and skilled worker. He exhudes confidence in what he does and kept us fully informed during the entire process. He is neat and always on time and when he is going to be delayed, he gives us continuous updates.
He also went an extra step to see if he verify that all the parts needed for repair were necessary and credited us back the one part he deemed unnecessary. The entire Fleet Appliance team are cut from the same thread and left no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend

Arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my call on a Monday morning. Aquired parts needed for my fridge the next day. Had them installed on Wednesday. Fridge was at desired temp in no time.
The tech that handled job, Brian, is knowledgeable, friendly and curtious. If I need appliance repair again, they'll be the one I call.

Stay away! This company is horrible. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. My LG dishwasher wasn't draining. The technician came and told me that I needed a new pump and hose and the repairman would need to come back once the parts were in. He came back the following week when I was at work. My mom was at my house to let him in. He told her he replaced the pump and hose and the dishwasher was repaired. He collected his fee and left. When I came home I loaded my dishwasher and tried running it. I quickly got a 1E error which, when I Googled it means that it wasn't drawing water

Fleet Appliance Repair is the WORST appliance repair service that I had the displeasure to work with. They are rude, obnoxious , slow to respond to a customer's requests and just totally incompetent. One technician was at my house 3 times to fix my refrigerator without success. After 4 weeks of attempting to fix it, he finally told us that the refrigerator was unfixable. Do you yourself a favor, don't call them, just call anybody else. The BOCES apprentice has to be more pleasant and knowledgeable than these clowns. They are absolutely terrible.

So, like many things in life, one day it works and the next it doesn't. This time it was my washing machine. An LG that is about 18mths old. My husband and I called lg first and they gave me a list of local repair companies to call. Closest one was fleet appliance Corp. after the call, a tech was sent out a few days later.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TOTAL DECEPTION IN PRICING. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. Total lack of transparency and way way too overpriced. There is a $295 minimum labor charge for any repair no matter how much time it takes. They don't inform you of this when you book your appointment. They only tell you of a 120$ charge to come to the house to diagnose your problem. They tell you that this will be applied to the bill if you accept the repair or charged to you if you decline the repair. BUT they do not tell you that the minimum for any repair is $295 plus the cost of the parts. I paid $350

Fleet appliance came to my house a week before Christmas to diagnose my oven not working, they determined the issue and ordered the part I was told it would be in before Christmas and I was charged for the service call. They then notified me the part wouldn't be in until after so I said if I can get the part could you install it and they said yes. The technician came to install the part and broke it and because I purchased it the part cost is on me. So I had no oven for Christmas. I called Fleet appliance to have them come to my home and diagnose a problem with our washer/dryer combo. They replaced the drain pump with an aftermarket brand that broke on us less than a year later. After having them come a second time to diagnose another problem, their technician stated that the entire computer system was broken and that it was a $620 problem to repair. Unable to afford the repair immediately, I waited a few weeks to finally call the manufacturer and let them know that having a computer issue with a two year old machine may be a defect. Very disappointed! I made an appointment for a Monday Repair between 2-5pm. I explained that I work far from home and they offered to call me to give me notice of when the repair guy would be on his way. They said that wouldn't be a problem and I would get a call. I never got a call. When I called at 2:30pm, they said he wouldn't be there before 4pm. I rush home and nothing. I call back at 4:50pm and was told that he's not coming anymore. What?!?! How do you make an appointment and not even call the person to cancel? I was told I'd get a call the next day to work something out

Sooooo, over priced! I should have just bought a brand new dryer, since that's how much it cost me to replace a heater. When I looked up the cost for a heater for my dryer model the most was $150, yet it cost me over $535 for the repair.
Plus they don't give you a invoice/est. They give you a price and you agree because you haven't had a dryer for over a week and you thought a heater was the expensive part, plus you see the "most resent reviews" gave 5 stars ... so you say ok. They then have you sign on an iPad (since they want to go paperless). They come back and finish

Ripoff. The mechanic that arrived to fix the gas dryer did not accurately assess what needed to be done and overcharged us for a part that didn't need to be replaced. The appliance was not repaired and we were charged almost $400. We called and mailed a letter to Fleet but they didn't return our call or answer our letter. We have placed the charge in dispute. We called another appliance repair person who readily repaired our dryer and the cost was $210.

I waisted an entire day...told me they would call after 2 to tell me what time they would come the following day. Never called...they even said they left a message. I was like it's my cell phone I certainly would have received it. I called the following day, the day they are supposed to come, and they tell me they are on the way. I originally told the operator I would not be home in the AM and they would have to come after 2PM. The next appointment available was Wednesday....really...
