Beware! Beware! Beware! Just hope you dont have issues…they will never be resolved. We had heard great things about this company but since they came under ownership by Gary, the quality and customer service is not worth the hassle you will encounter. We had 2 problems: the person who came out and measured for the template did not include the overhang for the plywood on top of the cabinets, nor did he mention removing it as an option.
When the countertops and granite composite sink were installed, the sink drain would not seat properly when attached to the pipes. The bottom of the sink was not

Please be apprehensive about using this company. Feel I need to post a"buyers be aware" sign in this post. We bought granite and had it installed from this company. Paid to have someone come out to measure, and come out a second time to measure again and create a template. HOW DID THEY MESS THIS UP! One side of the counter top fits perfectly, the other side leaves about one inch gap from the wall (obviously not cut right) but no refund for their mess up? I am so disappointed in this company. They installed a quartz countertop for me and there is a huge gap that collects dirt right by the sink. The countertop is small and there was no need to lay it in 2 sections. This gap cannot be cleaned. Gary has been contacted several times with chances to fix this issue and nothing has been done. This is completely unprofessional. He did not have to wait for payment so I don’t understand why I am getting the runaround for work that should have been repaired by now. The countertop is only 2-3 months old. Gary, you should be ashamed of yourself for the work

I recently had new countertops installed in my home. I looked, and searched everywhere for a place that could just be honest with me and easy to work with. From having 5 plus granite companies come out to my home. Me and my wife found our place. Matthew the sales manager came to our home, was on time, very knowledgable and was just genuinely a awesome guy to work with. From the time he measured our home to the whole install.
