We called to have our septic system serviced as it was not operating properly. Brian came out and immediately got to work solving the issue. We were curious as to how our system works and he took the time to show us what he could about it. He gave us numerous tips about maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and his experience was apparent. I don't think there is anyone that could have done a better job.

They came and pumped my septic tank out very promptly, and even showed pictures of the problem we had. The price was very reasonable, and the worker was very courteous and friendly, walking me through every step of the process as he did it.

I called Brian out to pump my tank because it was backing up into part of the house. He found the tank and tested it and said the tank was operating fine, that the problem must be in the line. He could have easily charged me to pump it, but was honest and helpful with the situation. You don't find that kind of honesty and integrity that often these days. Highly recommend.

B and G Septic and Vacuum gave me some maintenance tips to help extend the life of my drain field, and cleaned-up my corroded tank cap so it would actually seal (whoops, I should have taken care of that a year ago).
