My heat stopped working and within a few hours of calling the office Ashley had a tech at my house and had my issue diagnosed. By the end of the day my parts were on the way. Cody was my technician and he installed everything in no time and triple checked his work to make sure everything was working properly.

I was very pleased with Mack Morris. My furnace was blowing cold air. I called in the morning and a technician was at my house by noon. The problem was quickly diagnosed by the first tech, Josh. He needed a part and a second tech, Scott, who had the part was here within minutes. They replaced the igniter quickly and made sure everything else was in good shape. Each person, from the front office to the technicians, was friendly and professional. In my experience, you can’t ask for a better experience with a service call. I highly recommend!

The tech showed up a few minutes early and maintained PPE throughout his work. He was here for about 2.5 hours doing the checkup and cleaning of our HVAC system. He was courteous and professional while also being quiet. He had suggestions for helping our system work efficiently. The day was cold and unpleasant, but that did not slow him down. Good job!

Technician let me know they were ready early and would it be ok if they arrived then. Professional, efficient and pleasant. Asked me questions about the system before performing the maintenance. Cody was the technician that came to our house . He did an outstanding job with quickly identifying my "condensation" issue and completely servicing both units. He was also very knowledgeable of our particular HVAC brand and used that knowledge to explain the problem and solution in easily understandable terms. Great job Mack Morris, we need more techs like Cody.

Right from the start in calling in the issue I was impressed with this company. Dispatch was done the same day. The tech that came out to my place in Ruckersville, Va - Corey - was very professional and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. The part was priced fairly and I was not charged any additional labor other than the initial diagnostic charge. I would highly recommend!

Great service and quality. A friend had used them to replace his AC and recommended them. He was right! I used their free second opinion and they saved me more than $1000. They provided a portable AC to help while waiting for the install and their final bill was exactly their quoted price. Highly recommend them. Everyone from their office folks on the phone to the guys doing the estimate and install, they were all very nice and professional.
