Super communicative, very nice, professional man. They came on time and left my sectional looking fantastic! He took his time was thorough and detailed. Was inexpensive for work well done. It will be a while before we need him again we don't have carpet in the house, but he will be the one to call.

I hired this company off the reviews but seems like I had a much different experience than everyone else. I wanted 2 carpets and a sectional deep cleaned for Thanksgiving. I was happy they could fit us in but Michael was pushy about adding on additional services. After repeatedly refusing those services he seemed irritated and dropped the pricing a few times. He wanted me to pay $300 for dryer vent cleaning, ended up dropping it to $225 but I thought that was still high. He finally let it go but then didn’t want to do a veteran discount for the steam cleaning saying it was already discounted

I contacted Speedy Steam Monday afternoon and they were able to accommodate my availability and came out first thing Tuesday morning. They definitely live up to their name, on time and a very quick but thorough cleaning process.
I had some problems areas, high traffic areas on my main stairwell as was not sure if the stains could be lifted. Sure enough Speedy steam got the job down. They will be coming back out to clean my area rug and entry way file and grout.

They came to clean up our carpets, and they did the best job!! We’ve used other professional cleaners before and nobody has come close to this! For one, they are so kind and respectful, they also take you through the process so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Secondly, our carpet looks brand new! They also cleaned our ducts and vents, which took a little while, so they seemed to be very thorough. Our vents also looks brand new as well! Our house received a nice little freshen up thanks to Speedy Steam. We will definitely be using them again.

Please beware of this Company. I was charged $400.53 for service on or about June 2019 to get my4 Bedroom house steam cleaned. I was charged for 5 bedroom due to the servicing personnel stating that one of my bedrooms were large. Keep in mind that I have furniture in all the rooms and the cleaning areas are very minimal.

I used them for air duct cleaning. I was quoted 199 for all vents and return for 1 a/c unit. I double checked that they had a suction truck before booking the appointment. Upon arrival I was told that the returns were 75.00 extra to do each( I have 2). I'm unsure who would have ducts cleaned and not returns. After explaining that was not what I was told we agreed to pay 75. For both to be done. They went to work and found mold spores in a few ducts. That was 280 to treat plus 380 for prevention to all ducts and 270 for something else. 3/4 of the way through I realized they were only using

I was given a quote on the phone for $39 to steam clean an outdoor rug with the warning that it may not get the urine smell out, which made sense. Upon arrival, it took about 20 minutes to get everything set up and hooked up for steaming. AFTER it was all ready, I was asked if I wanted to deep clean or normal steam. I inquired what the difference was. He said $20, so that would take it from $89 to $110. I said what?? He quoted me completely differently on the phone and waited until we were set up to change it. That cost more than the rug was even worth. I told him I thought it was quoted differently

Called Speedy steam originally just for a quote for duct cleaning here at my Clinic. The owner came out to do the walk through and gave us a quote the same day.
