It was 1983 when Jack worked on his first garage door. Seeing there was a need for quality craftsmanship in this industry, he started Eastern Overhead Door. Now Jack's 3 sons, Charles, Kris, and Scott, run the day to day operations of our family business. While keeping our Customers' budget in mind, we take the time to inform you of all your options.

Really great company to work with. Our garage door spring broke and they were here the next day to fix it and a couple of other super broken things that needed to be replaced with it. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly speedy for the work that was done. I don't plan on using anyone else if something ever comes up again.

Brandon and Kris were awesome! I called for tune-up, service was same day and complete. Brandon kept me informed throughout the process. Brandon gave very honest answers to my questions and did not try to up sell. I made the decision to replace the door opener and Brandon scheduled the install for the following Monday (I was not in a hurry so time was not essential). Kris arrived with all the required equipment and tools. The new opener was installed in less than an hour. Kris was pleasant, answered questions completely, very helpful assisting in setting up the app and cleaned up after himself

First time working with Eastern and it was a great experience. I had them installing an opener that I had bought online; there was some delays with the delivery of it and they were very flexible about changing the install date when it seemed like I wouldn't have it on time. The installer, Brandon, arrived earlier than the scheduled window (after confirming it was okay with me) and did an excellent job installing the opener and servicing the door itself. I'm thrilled with the end result; I had no idea garage doors could be that quiet!
