1 If your equipment is under warranty, authorized service centers are the only ones that can expedite repairs and bill the manufacturer. 2 Factory authorized service centers are required to have service data on the product, and maintain a subscription so that they have the info as soon as the product is released.

Two visits to fix dishwasher under warranty with outside company. One for diagnostics, and one for parts replacement. Both were scheduled promptly, arrived on time, and repairman Chris was very polite. Very satisfied with service, and would recommend them.

Lowes contracted them to come repair my GE stove in which the cooktop stopped working. The repair was unsuccessful and the technician stated that Lowes would have to replace my entire stove, he would contact lowes, and that he would contact me back once he told Lowe’s this. The technician never contacted me back, I had to call Carl’s TV for an update and I spoke with an individual who said he would talk to the technician because apparently the customer has to let Lowe’s know the repair was unsuccessful and call me back. This made zero sense. To no surprise they never called me back. I had

Carls had made a repair to my oven. The gentleman on the phone was courteous. The repair was made by Dave. He showed up on time, was personable and professional. He was very efficient with the repair. Thanks Dave!

Carl's TV repair is a joke. Don't waste your time - especially if they are doing warranty work. Lowes had them "come out" to check out if my repair was under warranty. They didn't come. They asked me to send pictures and then when Lowes said they wouldn't cover the repair, they blamed me for having bad pictures and not explaining the problem well enough to them. I asked Lowes for a second opinion and the next company they sent out was very professional and they were sure that the repair would be covered. It was.
Another thing...when I discussed with Carl's Electric about paying for the repair

Do not use this company, service was an absolute joke. Had a dime stuck in my wash machine pump, service rep said I needed a new board and pump were burned up in 5 minutes. I fixed it my self in 30 min and made 20 cents per hour in the process lol. Never use this company if you value your $85. Good luck if you do.

After reading all the negative reviews, I too was very apprehensive to have service on my Samsung dryer with an extended warranty through Lowes. I couldn't have been so wrong because the service was great. I can't speak for all the technicians, although I would hope they have the same demeanor as the fellow that serviced my dryer, like Rich. My dryer was making a lot of a rattling noise and of course it didn't do it when he came to look at it, but he suggested that I could record the sound when it does happen and then it would help to diagnose the problem. After a week it started doing it again

Carl's TV in Richmond is not really customer oriented. They took a 5 minute look at my gas stove, then said the repair part was no longer available so couldn't fix it. Cost me $85.00 for that. From another Port Huron repair business I've found out that there is a repair that will be made on it with a one year warranty, so we are not real happy with Carl's way of doing business.

NEGATIVE STARS!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wished I had researched their track record, perhaps I would have learned a valuable and costly mistake in trusting them to get the job done. Instead, Carls TV and Appliance costed me 3 days of time, showing up late to appointments, $85 for a 3 minute service call in which they only opened my fridge to confirm the model number and said they already know exactly what's wrong. After ordering the wrong part, and wouldn't rush the new one, I decided to move on. They were not empathetic to our frustration of not having a working fridge for 3 weeks. Never called

Bad to deal with, took my TV in for repair after not hearing from them for a couple of weeks i contacted them and they actually threw it away. They did offer me $150 store credit. Wish I could give negative stars.
