I needed tree service for my parent's home. lone Oak Tree service was responsive. They did an excellent job, cleaned up well and most of all my elderly dad was very pleased! However, do not let other tree services with similar names confuse you. Make sure it is Loan Oak Tree service (not pine or some other tree).

I had a redwood in my back yard that was dying and a birch stump that I needed removed. Matt came out the same day (8/30/21) I called to inquire about an estimate and completed the job on 9/2/21. His team was very thorough and kind enough to cut me a few rounds of the redwood. They left absolutely NO mess! Pricing is very reasonable. I will use Lone Oak again!

Crew came out to clean three Palm trees. I had to continually come out and ask them to cut more as there work didn't even look like they had done anything. They became frustrated as I kept coming out. It made me uncomfortable having to ask someone to do there job right. I thought they know how to already. They left some pieces in the front and one started yelling, "hurry up before he comes" definitely showing signs of irritation that I might have something to say. Anyways I lost my money and Owner won't respond to my email.

Critical:Â Professionalism
The worker had their shirts off being super unprofessional in the middle of the street. They left wood, branches in my lawn for multiple days and i had to clean them up. They also left big pieces of wood in my yard until I brought it up to them and they only grabbed the wood leaving their trimmings still in my yard.

Great guys! Will always call them first for my tree needs. Very friendly and just good all around guys came got the job done in a timely matter and cleaned the whole driveway from the mess of a tree i had. Matt gets back to you in a timely manner and answers all questions. Schedule was made 2 days before tree was pruned, they showed up on time and didnt waste any time getting to work. The owner Matt Hanko has structured his business model to be efficient and fairly priced to the market. What impressed me was that he came out, had a business quotation overnight and by morning it was on my desk, defined his terms against my needs correctly, and set the meeting up in one go. There were no changes, no delays, no time wasted. This is unlike experiences I have had with other suppliers in the area who do home services.
Best of all he and his team showed up on time, working from about 8:30 am until 3:30 with a short lunch. Both of his young team were friendly and when asked questions

Matt Hanko and his team at Lone Oak Tree Service are the BEST! They gave me my best estimate that was up to three times lower than the highest estimate we got to remove a huge pine tree in our back yard. They came with a crew of six or seven men and got the job done in about a day and a half whereas another estimate said it would take the whole week. Not only that, these guys clean up as they go and left our yard looking nearly perfect--as if they hadn't just removed a ton of tree! They also took out more roots extending beyond the stump with an ax, ground the stump down so I could replant

Matt and his crew came out and took care of thinning and trimming of my Live Oak hanging over my house, neighbors yard and data lines. They were on time, worked hard, and did a great job cleaning up. The crew was very professional and respectful. Wife said I found a great company. would highly recommend.

I recently used Matt and Lone Oak Tree Service a month ago. I have two (2) fruitless olive trees that were planted six years ago and they have not been trimmed as of yet. I made an appointment with Matt and he showed up as scheduled. Matt explained what he planned to do and told me what the tree would like when completed. Matt also explained some things that I did wrong to support some of the branches, he is quite knowledgeable! Matt did a great job and his price was very reasonable! The trees look awesome...I will definitely use him in the future. I highly recommend him.

We had Mattt & crew remove a 25'+ queen palm yesterday. We couldn't be more pleased. They arrived at their scheduled time and had the job completed in record time. They took time to protect our pool deck and limit the amount of debris that went into the pool (which was none!). I would highly recommend Lone Oak.
