We have used Heritage Landscape for sprinkler system maintenance for the past 5 years. They are always prompt with their service, on time and complete the task requested the 1st time. One bush died within 2 weeks. Several other plants didnt survive the fall. Should have recommended putting in separate meter for underground sprinklers. All "trenched" areas filled with weeds after refilled with additional soil. Would not use again.
Update:
Randy called in regards to negative review. But, once again, did not follow through with visit. I waited 3 weeks. VERY poor communication. Will pull out and replace all dead plants myself. My additional costs $1500. Review stands as is.

Irrigation system was in shambles and Heritage got it all straightened out. Yard has looked 100 times better since they took over. Also the first time I've had a group actually do some damage to the Nutsedge in the front of the house. I can't wait to see what the yard looks like after the seeding this fall.

We signed a contract with this company for our entire yard, 1 year later they declared bankruptcy. We lost our funds. They never came back. I would not hire them or pay them. They do not know how to honor their contracts or keep tract of their record keeping.

Retained Herritage Landscape for 1.5 years for mowing and lawn maintenance, and unfortunately would not recommend to family and friends. Owner over-promised and under-delivered in terms of lawn appearance and irrigation system settings and did not return e-mails or phone calls. Owner stated that our yard would be top priority for him this season after bad results from previous season, but did not remain in communication or establish irrigation set-up as promised. Randy and his team completely met our expectations this past summer removing a concrete slab patio, designing and building a stone deck and integrating/installing two small retaining walls, adding a number of plants to improve the look of our home and lawn, as well as adding french drains to improve our rain water drainage. Randy, who is the owner of this business, is extremely responsive and customer focused and charges a fair price for the quality work that he and his courteous crew do. Mike and his crew are very prompt and always reliable. Spring cleanups, brush clearing, etc - they can handle it and do the job well.
