Fidel’s team has come to our house two years in a row for dead tree removal, mature hedge removal, and multiple tree maintenance/trimming. They are always the most affordable quote, are extemely efficient, and leave the yard cleaner than they found it. We really appreciate their knowledge of various trees and recommendations for the best shaping and maintenance for the tree’s health. We’ve recommended them 3 times and our friends and family always report back equally happy results. We’ll definitely be calling them again this fall for our annual appointment!

Fidel and his wife are very unprofessional and should seek counseling on how to treat people. They’re extremely rude and unfair and do not deserve anybody’s business. Very unreliable group. Stay away, buyer beware.

Agreed on a price, when it came time for me to pay the bill, the price increased $800 without any explanation. Very unprofessional group. Take your business somewhere else. Very rude crew, as well. They left their beer cans in my backyard, trying to hide the cans under my mulch. Seriously, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS “COMPANY.”

I had a very big tree come down. Me and a neighbor cut it up and neighbors took all the big wood. That left me with a big bunch of branches. I called Jay's and they came out next day and removed them for a very good price. Also you'd never know there was any branches there. Very professional business and crew. I'll definitely use them again if needed.

They did a great job removing 3 trees and grinding stumps. They have a small grinder that can get to stumps other tree services could not. Fidel and his crew are professional and got the job done quick with a great price.

My wife and I just purchased a house, and we really need a tree removed, our neighbor recommended fidel from jays tree service. We called Fidel and he showed up that day to give us an estimate. Yes he gave us a reasonable estimate and we where going to use them to remove the tree, but when it came to giving us the quote in writing, it was for only half the work, quote was for tree to be removed and stump grinded, didn't say anything about removing the stump grindings and leveling the ground like Fidel told my wife, I called and spoke to a lady and she told me she was his wife, and she would bring

Had a great experience with Jay's tree service. They just removed a huge Maple tree and removed the stump. They came out right away for estimate, and were able to schedule within 2 days when I called for appointment. The team showed up on time was very professional and left everything just as clean as when they came. Thier prices were fair and comparable to other quotes I got for the job.
