Never again will we call on this company.
First off, we had a scheduled appointment between 10:00-12:00 to replace a water heater that failed and they finally arrived at 3:20 in the afternoon.
Second, they will charge you for travel time, in my opinion this is completely unacceptable.
When we received the invoice they billed for 3 hours labor when it only took 2-1/2 hours to complete the work and after inquiring was told the GPS was checked to confirm.
I also check and our surveillance camera showed a more accurate indication of arrival and departure time. I wondered why they sat in the driveway

Goodland plumbing did a wonderful job for two of our plumbing needs. They replaced the whole shower faucet thru the back of the wall and installed a brand new hot water heater. They’re very professional very careful and did a wonderful job.

Good Land Plumbing is very professional and they are highly qualified to address any plumbing issues you have. I've used them twice already and have been extremely happy with their work. They go out of their way to help you and will listen carefully when you describe your problem. The office manager is awesome. The plumbers know what they're doing. They schedule you fairly quickly and they know exactly how to get the job done once they arrive at your home. Highly recommended!

I love this plumbing company! I've lived in my home for around 30 years, and over that time have had my share of plumbing issues. I used a variety of local plumbing companies. None were ideal. Then, around 4 years ago, I asked a trusted neighbor for recommendations. He recommended Good Land Plumbing. After trying Good Land Plumbing, I never used anyone else. All of their staff are competent efficient, and friendly, their prices are very reasonable, and I am always pleased by the excellent service they provide.
