Medina Glass began in a small shop on Pearl Road in 1963 in the old Sinclair gas station and immediately thrived in this growing community. As Medina Glass Company grew and prospered, it soon became apparent that larger quarters were needed so in 1982 Medina Glass moved to a newly built facility at 3643 Pearl Road in Medina.

I have remained a loyal customer to this company as they have ALWAYS gone over and beyond to assist me in getting me glass quick and efficiently. There have been a few times where I needed Picture glass for one of my frames in a hurry and they were able to meet my deadline. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. I live in Brecksville *( far away) and I still use this company.

From start to finish this company has their act together. Friendly gentleman took my shelving measurements and gave me solid advice conveniently over the phone, saving me a trip into the store to place my order. My shelves were ready within about a week, and on my to pick them up I knew I might not make it by 4:30 PM when they close, but they stayed a few minutes past closing time just for me. Quality work. Very reasonably priced. Friendly. Highly recommend. Support local!

These people saved our butt when our motorhome windshield started to come out of it's rubber moulding last week. We are 2,500 miles from home and these guys had a full backlog of work. They helped us out and fixed our glass and we were on our way in several hours. They are very nice people and did not overcharge us. I recommend Median Glass.

We ordered new window inserts for all of our sun facing front windows. They were dual pane that had lost the vacuum seal over the years, with a couple cracked as well. They needed to be measured and special ordered of course, and the estimate was less than I was expecting We did have a couple bumps, but things were worked out to my satisfaction. Jason and Brian were quite helpful, and did what they could and what was needed to help complete our replacements as they were intended. We also went ahead and bought a new custom Shower Door as well. All in all, I am quite happy with my experience with

AWFUL customer service by the manager. Had shower doors re-installed today. When I called for an estimate he gave me the worst case scenario price of $650. He (the manager) stated at the time "oh that price is the worst case, often doors don't fit and we have to make several trips". Well the doors fit exactly as before, no extra trips, no extra cutting nothing--they were in and out within 2 hours. When I called to inquire why I got the worst case scenario bill of $644, the manager’s response " that's the number I gave you, and we did come in below the estimate ($6)" and then started laughing

Negative experience! Very poor communication between members of the company! Erica, who took my order, did not communicate details of my order to her measuring/glass cutting team which and created unnecessary problems for my client and my company. Her excuse was: " It's hard to make arrangements when there are so many people have there hands a cookie jar". She speaks with you raising her voice, trying to intimidate you to make you regret that even call them to place an order. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Excellent! I've used Medina Glass for two projects and they have been nothing less than awesome.
A couple years ago I brought them my kitchen cabinets to have some glass put in. They turned out beautiful and for a reasonable price as well.
Now for my most recent experience...
I stopped in a week ago to have some glass put in a cabinet door for my coffee and tea hutch. This woman was so nice and helped me out with every question I had. I also wanted to attach a metal coffee sign on the glass to give it a little more character. She told me the best way to do it but then offered to do it for
