I used A and S after I discovered a chimney leak that had been going on for years undetected. I was expecting to pay a ridiculous amount for the work that was going to be done. I was honestly surprised at the quote and contracted with them immediately.
I generally hate using a contractor for anything and mostly do house repairs within my ability. There was no frustration, hassle or run around. The contractor arrived when stated, work was done quickly, and he was very helpful with providing insight on some other renovations I'll be doing with my fireplace.

Tech was sent out to clean dryer and chimney. Couldn't tell them dryer vent was already cleaned a week before he arrived there. Instead of the rep. saying dryer vent tube did not need cleaning, they charged me for it. I'm guessing he saw it was cleaned said, "he did the job" or he ran the brush through the pipe quickly just so he could charge for it. Now I wonder how truthful they were about the chimney needing cleaning since it was only used twice since it was last cleaned.🤔

I was recommended this company by a friend. I’m always hesitant to try new companies because I’m always worried about scams but I decided to give them a try. I called and they were able to get me in at a time that was more convenient for me and in the same week! The gentleman was very and thorough. I needed an inspection and they even used a camera to make sure everything was checked. Luckily, I passed! Next time I need anything, I’ll be calling them!

We needed our chimney and fireplace cleaned and inspected prior to our home inspection. I saw the Groupon promotion and CALLED BEFOREHAND TO SEE IF MY AREA APPLIED TO THE GROUPON, as you should do, as most local service deals have limitations. I was well out of the mile radius that applied to this deal, but their full price rate was still great in comparison to the company I had booked. I decided to book them. They showed up, laid the area with a drop clothe, did their job, and cleaned up behind themselves. No trying to sell me everything under the sun, no mess.. I would highly recommend this company! This company is great! Not only were they punctual (and called on their way), but they were informative and polite. Had a gas chimney cleaning and they also showed me how to turn it on myself. They explained their recommendations and were not pushy at all like some companies I’ve used in the past. I will definitely be using them again! I’m so glad I found them!
