IOD has an amazing team and everyone brought something to the table. They were all very organized, professional, and extremely reassuring. Born and raised in Vail, Natalie grew up snowboarding, hiking, and biking through the woods of the Colorado mountains. She has always had a passion for art, nature, and travel. Knowing early on that she wanted to adventure her way through the world, she attended and graduated from SMU in Dallas, spending a semester in Paris studying art.

I’m writing this review after working remotely with the owner of this company. I had to oversee a move for my handicapped brother, from a distance. I hired what I thought would be a company with a streamlined process to accomplish a move from one 2 BR apt to a smaller 2 BR unit in a senior residence. I was convinced the owner and her “teams” understood and were able to work with seniors. After spending approximately $6,000 (including the fee of a mover of their own choosing) this company moved my brother׳s belongings and furniture, taking loads of clutter from one place another, and only

This was the BEST gift I have ever given myself!! I had them organize my pantry, cabinets, office, and 2 closets in my bedroom. The staff was amazing, professional, and very respectful! I don't remember everyone's names but a huge thanks to Margarete, Michael, Amy, and the other team members. Trial was also amazing ing working around my CRAZY schedule. I definitely highly recommend Ideal Organizing + Design!!!!!!

I can only speak to our personal experience but we had a very unprofessional one. After the persons helped us unpack, we noticed damage to our computer screen that looked like it had been cut with a box cutter, leaving a large gash across the monitor. However when we notified the unpacker and owner they did not take any responsibility and claimed that it had been damaged during the move. However, we were not notified of the damage until we noticed it ourselves and by then all the packing material had been discarded. Overall the situation was handled poorly and mostly showed the owner’s lack of

Very happy customer!! We hired Tria, Adrienne & their staff to help my mom get settled into her 2 BR apartment. She had just sold her 4 BR house, after living there for 20+ years. They were extremely helpful & patient in assisting my mom with organizing, discarding and storing items. My mom was very happy with the end result and very appreciative of their services. Her children are very grateful for having a trusted business available to her during the pandemic, as none of us were able to get to VA to help her settle in. I highly recommend Ideal Organizing + Design!

I have been working with Ideal Organizing Solutions (IOS) since 2015! This may be the 5th time I've had them back to help with "organizational maintenance" of our home to keep up with our ever-changing family needs. We hired IOS once again to help with downsizing of our bedrooms and upstairs living area.

Highly recommended! I hired them to help organize my house, rid of old clutter, and settle me in since I’d never properly got everything set up after moving and the team did an outstanding job! They were extremely respectful of my things, never once pressured me over anything or tried to be pushy, and I felt completely comfortable with them going through my things. They bounced ideas off me to make better use of the space, listened to my opinion, and were very easy to talk to.
