I can’t say enough good things about 911 Lock & Key. I left a message on their web page about what I needed, and they promptly replied even though it was after-hours for them. Then this morning they showed up and the locksmith was very quick and efficient. He made a door key and an ignition key for my son’s truck. I was amazed at how little they charged for the service! I highly recommend them. Great service at a very reasonable price!

The locksmith was really nice and professional. Right to the point with no wasted time. They were at the location (inside Auburn) within 20 minutes, as promised. The only reason for the 4 star is that it was really expensive. Although this was my first car key replacement, I expected like half the price (I was charged $165 for a truck key). Everything else was a definite 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Me and my boyfriend were at dollar general and he accidentally locked his key in the trunk and we didn't have a spare. we went back into the dollar general to see if they had an unlock kit... they do not by the way. But a customer overheard me fussing at my boyfriend and then turned and asked if we were locked out, I said yes and he had something at his out so he went and got it but we still couldn't unlock our vehicle. We called the sheriff department and they told us it would be a while. But then 911 lock and key pulled up and had our car unlocked in seconds

After learning i was a aaa member, the guy wanted to over charge me where i would have had to pay $50. aaa would have paid the $150,,,so it was a $200 service charge!! no way, i went to the dealership and paid just $51 ! i have aaa so, i paid $55 out of pocket and aaa refunded my monies!! thank you so much aaa!!!

Jimmy was great! We called him on a Sunday morning 10am and he was at our house in 25 mins! We just moved in and one set of keys worked but the other did not... He opened our door in less than 1 minute and even made us a spare key from our original at no additional cost! He definitely saved our Sunday! Thanks Jimmy
