Spane Buildings finished off a hangar for my in Stanwood and I was super impressed with the finished product. Sure there were bumps along the way and issues we ran into (as with all complex projects) but Spane negotiated reasonably and always made sure we made the right choice.
I will definitely build another building with Spane!

We hired Spane to build our pole building this year. It was nothing but a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jim, Maddy, Michelle, Cuco, Jeff, and everyone else has been amazing to work with! Cuco and his team that were out on our job site were kind, respectful, and their work is impeccable! The building is definitely high quality and built to last! They left our property very clean and everything was always picked up. We will continue to refer anyone who needs a pole building your guys’ way! We appreciate you all! Spane did a wonderful job on our smaller three stall barn with tack room, storage, and tack stall. Our entire project was completed during Covid so we had to deal with materials shortages, worker shortages, and all of the complexity of building during a pandemic but we still had a great experience due to Spane's excellent and up front communications. Spane took a lot of stress out of a difficult situation and were professionals from day one. I would highly recommend Spane!

We hired Spane Buildings to construct a 30’X36’ garage on our property in South Everett. I can’t say enough about how smoothly the project went and how happy we are with the quality of the finished product. The company owner, Jim Spane, met with us personally at the start of the project to develop our plans and made himself personally available throughout the construction phase to discuss any changes and to answer any of our questions. The construction crews were friendly and courteous and kept us informed throughout the building phase, and took pride in doing “top notch” work and delivering

I have used Spane twice now. They built a 400sf garage last year, and did a re-roof on my biggest garage this years well as a new shed roof that attaches to that building. Jim Spane has been easy to work with. Prices, while not cheap, are worth the money as they have been very well built projects. All of his people have been great. Easy to communicate with, and very professional. I will certainly call them for future projects.

Spane built our barn in 2014, and we had them come back this year to add a loft. It is a testament to the quality of the company that both construction efforts were very high quality. The office staff and build team were a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

The people at Spane Building LLC are great to work with. Ours was a small job but tricky. We wanted a polycarbonate roof ove an existing deck that complimented the existing architecture and could withstand the high winds of our location. They gave us a lot of personal attention from the simple but elegant design solution to the prompt and tidy construction. Both office and on-site personnel were polite and helpful. Watching the rafters and purlins go up was pretty exciting. I highly recommend this company.

Five years ago we had Spane build us a 40x60 pole building with a loft. BEST INVESTMENT WE EVER MADE!
Not only were they about a third less than their competitors, they also used higher quality materials, and finished the job quickly! And, they dot every "i" and cross every "t" so there are no surprises from the county or whathaveyou. YAY!
Every suggestion they made has been something we now would not want to live without, how cool is that?
I may not know a great deal about construction, but my husband does and he sings their praises to everyone and anyone. I can assure

Spane Building Inc. just finished a 952 square foot garage/shop pole building and all of my interactions with Spane were pleasant and professional.
We got a bid from another pole building company that cost less initially but once the plan was upgraded to the spec I wanted, the cost was higher than Spane's bid.
They assisted with the design and permitting as an included part of project. All of the materials used in the building were high quality. The subcontractors,(cement, gutters, overhead doors) Spane used were all excellent.
Everything about the building and process was as good or better
