I had the pleasure of contracting Dream Landscape to design the landscape of my back yard. They did a wonderful, professional job at a very reasonable price. The Dream Landscape Design Team did an outstanding job. Terrible customer service and sub-par work. I hired DL to redo my landscaping which was a rock bed. They didn't even bother to remove the rocks or install fresh soil. They just dug a hole, dropped the plants in and moved on. When I asked Melinda Sperl why they didn't remove the rocks and put in fresh soil, she said it wasn't in the contract and wanted to charge me an additional $700.
After 6 months I had three plants that didn't look too good and appeared they may be dying, I sent an email to Melinda Sperl to ask her if these plants were warrantied for one year. She replied back, "Miles, I am
