Construction is inherently noisy; there will be noise at varying levels throughout the home renovation process. We will give you advance notice during the really noisy phases, particularly, concrete cutting, tile cutting, floor sanding, etc. so that you can plan your days accordingly. Shawn and his team have been incredible throughout our project. We started discussing plans in November, and commenced work once we closed on our house in January. Shawn never missed a call, was always on time, and has done excellent work.
Our scope of work included demolition of load-bearing walls, installing new beams, replacing drywall, re-wiring much of the electrical throughout the main floor, replacing our water heater, and other general projects. Once our cabinets are delivered, Shawn will also be installing those in the kitchen.

I had Shawn redo my bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. I also had the floor in the vanity replaced as well. I wish I had taken pictures of the before, but the after is fabulous. I was in the know the whole time and he had said it would be done in 5 days and amazingly enough it was done in 5 days. I would recommend Shawn and Cardinal Contracting to everyone. They are a great bunch of guys and very professional.
