Kemet Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning our church carpet. They were able to brighten them up and make them look brand new. In addition, they cleaned the upholstery on all of our pews and made them look new as well. We highly recommend them and have made them our preferred carpet cleaner.

I wish I could rate this business 10 stars. I have a 2 piece sectional which needed to be cleaned and by the time he was finished , it looked 100 times better. The rates are reasonable, he was on time and courteous and offered recommendations for maintenance. I will definitely use Kemet Carpet Cleaners in the future. Thank you !

Kement carpet cleaning did an amazing job.my entire upstairs , stairs and living/dining room were cleaned. the began on time and completed within an efficient time frame. most importantly, the price was right I am totally going to book this company for their services again. I absolutely recommend this company for their cleaning service.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I'm pretty sure this company is a SCAM! I got a living social and scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. No confirmation call of appointment the day before. I called the company the day of the appointment to ask if they're still planning on coming during the arranged time (10a-11a) but no one answered so I left a message. Around 11am, I called the company again to get an ETA (mind you, this was only a sofa cleaning and a gift for my parents so I am very disappointed at this point). Atrocious. Paid for service in advance. Phone rep. tried to repeatedly upsell services. Booked appointment two weeks in advance (despite that they had earlier appointments), yet rep. was still a no-show.
Twenty minutes after the appointment time and a no-show, I called to inquire on their ETA. The rep. said he would get the tech's location and call me right back. Thirty minutes after that call and no return call. And still no tech arrived, so I called and (no surprise) I was sent straight to voicemail. So, I cancelled my pre-payment and won't be using Kemet in the future.
