They are here on time, but spend 7 hours to move within 5 minutes drive.
They help themselves with food and drink and ice cream when they move my refrigerator.
They asked what's for lunch and we gave them (4 Mexican) Panda Express 3 entrees meal and soda, they went to refrigerator get more soda without asked again. (We pay for their lunch time and lunch meals)
And finally, for 7 hours ( $100 per hour, including lunch break and provided lunch), plus gasoline charge $50, plus travel (from office to my house in Cerritos and back to office, 空車費) $50, and surcharge for moved piano $100

Definitely one of the worst moving companies we have ever hired. They deserve zero stars for their work today. First off, they were very slow and spent most of their time talking. The Asian man spent most of his time complaining. Secondly, about 25% of our belongings were damaged or completely broken. To top it all off, they yelled at my mother and bullied and threatened her because they wanted more tip (they were given $150 for three workers). For very poor work, it seemed beyond reasonable. We recently used Mkm moving to our new townhome. The reason we first decided to use them is not only due to lower hourly rate, but also because they are one of the few companies that agree to tow away my unwanted tv stand for a small charge.
However, both my husband and I were very disappointed and intimidated at the end:
1. They demanded higher tips then what we wanted to give them. We originally tipped them 15% of the total cost, the Chinese-speaking young mover threatened us, and said "do you know I could have moved slower and dragged your total moving time? This tip is too little!"

This is the worst moving company ever! How could I not Yelp first before I called them! I used Yelp all the time and just this one time I didn't use it and it turned out to be a disaster! STAY AWAY! They charge 50 per hour for people but only one person came! He was very very rude and complained about everything after he arrived. He was here 45 mins late yet he was very arrogant and acted as if he was the boss. So I said okay I'm gonna give you extra 50 dollars, would you do it or not? Then he just started working and trying to be nice to me. I was like what the hell! Just extra 50 dollars

2 words: STAY AWAY. I used these movers for a 1 bedroom apartment from Santa Barbara to San Francisco. They loaded my boxes into a storage unit, and I stupidly did not mark off all the box numbers as they loaded them. At that time, I noticed that they left behind the expansion leaf to my kitchen table, but there was nothing to be done, that leaf was still in Santa Barbara. I have a terrible experience with this moving company. I got 2 chinese movers, they were giving me attitude since I met them at the door. All they know is banging your furniture to the wall, door frames, and wood floors. Now my old places has scratches on the wall, dents on the wood floor. The new place have scratched door, and wall dents. It's a complete disaster. AVOID

They organize an entire 1 bedroom apartment into 8 x10 storage unit. They are fast and delicate when handling the furniture! Yes they cuss alot! i heard lots of pendehos, f words, and other spanish cuss i don't want to mention here. But they got the job done and fast. Safe me $$ for an extra storage unit! Will use them again.

I will give it a zero if it's possible. The movers are very rude. When I ask them to help me to move the boxes into my room, they keep complaining. They refuse to help me and told me it's not their job, I should ask my boyfriend to do it. Very weird!!! I paid them 3 hours, and after one hour they said they need to leave for another job. Terrible service!!!

Like the other reviews, I wish I had Yelped them first. They were terrible! I had less than 10 items for them to move. First, they were late and then refused to move some items because they said it was too heavy for 2 people and that I needed 4 movers. They also tried to charge me 3 hours minimum when the lady over the phone said I could do 2. The movers said that's not their problem and take it up with the company. They left destination 1 way before me and got to destination 2 way after me (probably to prolong moving time since the move was actually only maybe 1.5 hours at most). Upon arrival

Just like the rest of these reviews, I wish I had yelped first. Terrible movers, they were late to the destinations, and didn't wrap things properly. We had to pay for the lunch and pay for their breaks, tipped them fairly and they request higher tips, its never enough with these movers. I think the smart thing to do is tip them very low next time and when they ask for more, then add more. These movers are like gangsters, they won't leave til they get more tips. Can not recommend this company anymore.

After utilzing this company on a couple occasions, we are going to find another mover for our future needs. As business, we sometimes have a need to move/relocate/deliver furniture between locations. Even when providing details on the items to be moved, we find that this company either doesn't send enough people or the guys are not strong enought to do the job and therefore they openly complain about the work. On today's job, one of the movers actually haggled us for a $5 per hour tip minimum which we were not informed of. This company also requires a three hour minimum, which we
