Had yellow jackets in our basement, we couldn't determine where they were coming from, where the nest was etc. Googled for Yellow Jacket Removal and this local company was listed first. I love that they are veteran owned as well. Called them up, quick response, and was able to get t hem scheduled within the week.
Technician, Jeff, arrived on time, took a poke around and quickly found out where they were coming in from, hard place to spot! He remediated them and put down some preventative powder as well and gave me instructions on how to best close up the crack. No issues since they were here.

I spoke with Emily to schedule a Lanternfly spraying and we also discussed arranging for quarterly extermination for my garage, basement and exterior of my new home. She explained what services were available as well as the cost. Ryan arrived at my home, on time as scheduled, and did a very thorough job of addressing everything I requested. I called Prudential Pest in early August because of a yellow jacket problem. I had multiple infestation area's around my house, the most concerning was a 2nd floor exterior soffit leading to an attic with restricted access. I spoke with both Emily and Ryan on the phone about the problem and they had sent Jesse out to my house within 48hrs. Jesse did a great job remediating the bee's. Problem solved. Overall I give this company high marks for, Communication, Punctuality, Price and Quality and would highly recommend them.

Emily answered the call I made on Friday and was very professional and understanding. We were scheduled for Monday! The price was reasonable and Ryan was professional and thorough! Prudential was great! I was able to make an appointment right away to take care of the wasps I had in my back yard. They were able to identify the wasps and form a solution in no time. The appointment was no longer than a half an hour and it completely eliminated the problem. We haven't seen a wasp since! They’re professionalism and service has made them my new go to provider for pest control.

Their Google rating says it all. 5 stars. We were very impressed by their timeliness, professionalism, and thorough job that they performed. We called them out to take care of a large hornets nest. After taking care of that nest they inspected the rest of the exterior of our house to find other hornet and wasp nests and took care of those also. They even provided advice about some of our plants that had their leaves affected by aphids and recommended what we could use to treat them ourselves. We will be recommending Prudential in the future and will use their service again.

I had no idea what company to use when I found there were bees in the house. I picked Prudential Pest due to Veteran Owned and reviews from others. Look no further!! Prudential is AWESOME. They showed up on time, were very professional and cost was reasonable. Added bonus: the pleasant personality of Mika, who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. Any business owner would be grateful to have an upfront person like her representing their company!! Great follow-up and I feel I received excellent service!

We had a wonderful experience with Prudential Pest! We had hornets and massive amount of ants (both sweet & carpenter) crawling around our house. I called around to a few pest control companies. Not only did Prudential Pest offer the best price, but Emily also took time to ask questions and patiently answer mine. I felt like the company took me seriously from the first phone call.
Ryan came out twice - once to treat the external part of our house for the hornets and carpenter bees, and again to treat the inside for ants. The first time he was out, he even noticed a lot of ants on the outside

Prudential Pest Solutions is an amazing company! I called regarding a rodent possibly trapped in our garage. They came out within a day and Ryan was very professional. He checked the garage and surrounding area to make sure nothing was able to get into the garage again. They were very responsive, helpful, kind, and on time.
