I called from FL to rent controlled climate space for a few months. The person I spoke to was very helpful and setting the rental up. Autodrafts were set up for payment. I was able to drive up from FL and move items into storage on my schedule. The unit was clean and secure. When we no longer needed the storage, cancellation was efficiently done by phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Five Star again when needed.

I was able to rent our unit over the phone without any problems. Also i loved the kiosk for making payments. It is a very secured storage facility with lots of security cameras and 24 hr gate code access so for those who work during the day they can still get to their belongings. This facility is very clean and well maintained..

Do Not use this storage they will give you roaches and the hold you belongings hostage. They have absolutely no morals . I guess its ok at the end of the day when he can go home to all his belongings and sleep in his bed all the while my children have to sleep on the floor. Great buisness, I think not.

Go anywhere else. There name is a lie! When moving out of state we left a lot of items in storage then came back 8 months later to get it. When we had rented the unit the idiot manager couldn't even figure out how to use the computer. He also insured me that they didn't have a mouse problem and this was important since my husband's deer heads were being stored in there.
Eight months later I can tell you the manager is never there. If you pay online then the idiot doesn't always credit it until you call him to do his job. If you pay by phone he will do this credit at his home

I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit last night using their machine out front. Amazed that everything I needed was at my fingertips - map to my new storage, a new tough looking padlock, my code for the gate, and an online account. The room was clean, and I was certain of no surprises inside since it had some kind of a securing tie. New LED lights make me think someone cares about this place! Video surveillance cameras all over the place. Hope to meet the manager someday soon
