Fantastic company. Called today for a quote to repair my septic tank. The owner asked his son to come by and take a look. His son used the long snake to remove some debris and sediment and whatnot from the trap. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. Of course, I gave him money, for "his time, his effort and his honesty." He could have sold me a new unit -- I have no idea about septic tanks, but he played it straight.
They also charge fairly. I paid another septic company to pump on Monday when the bathroom overflowed -- almost nine hundred dollars and he didn't even explain what the

The guy I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and same with the guy that came out to pump my septic. He also explained some details about my septic like where the leach field was, that it was concrete, and told me to remove a tree the previous owner planted to avoid future problems.

Northrup customer service is top notch!! I can't thank Dewey enough for coming out on a cold Saturday late afternoon to try and help my 95 year old mother in law who had not had a working toilet for a week. Even though we could not physically locate the septic tank and he could not empty the septic, he tried as we did to it find it for a good hour. When Dewey was done, I asked him how much we owed him and he said nothing. Who does that? THIS COMPANY!! Other companies wanted $300 just to come out to look at it. Dewey is old school and honest and that is just the kind of company you want to do business

I called this am....septic water backing up into house drain. Dewey was out in less than an hour despite having a full day of work ahead and took care of my problem. He is the greatest ! He has done all my prior septic work and I have been very satisfied every time.It had been 10 years since I called him and I know he wouldn't remember me but I was treated like family.
