All the five star reviews Of Alto Contracting Inc are most definitely well deserved. The owner Rick was always prompt to reply to any email inquiries, and always arrived when he said he would which is clearly too much to ask from other contractors. Rick and his crew actually made my project happen months ahead of the agreed upon scheduled date which was amazing. As far as the work goes I don't think I could have asked for a better company with quality results. After seeing my new driveway, walkway, and front porch many of my neighbors were calling Alto for price quotes.

Rick at Alto was timely and responsive. Of the three to four companies I reached out to for quotes/pricing, he was the only one to respond. He was able to schedule and complete the work that same week and was honest about what could be done vs what could not given how late we were in the season etc. Price was reasonable and they were efficient, professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Rick and his crew did an outstanding job of what was asked of them. The work was of high quality and finished in a timely manner, which included sealing of the driveway, retaining wall repair and power washing of stone masonry around the property. The estimate provided was fully detailed. Rick was honest in terms of not recommending very expensive repairs that are unlikely to meet a positive cost/benefit threshold. We will use again in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Alto! I contacted over six companies to seal our driveway and Alto was priced competitively and very responsive. I ultimately decided to go with them because of all
of their positive reviews and now I find myself writing one too! Rick, The owner was on site for the job even though it wasn’t a large job and made sure they were very careful with our stonework. The job done was top notch and we couldn’t have done it better ourselves. Will use them again for any of our masonry or paving needs!

Alto was one of the best contracting companies I have had the pleasure to work with. They came when the said they would and did such a fabulous professional job paving my driveway. I received estimates from other companies and half the time they never called back or never showed up. Not the case with Alto. I highly recommend them.

I cannot thank Rick and his crew enough for a tremendous job on replacing our old driveway. I contacted a few companies for the project. Rick responded and did the onsite estimation first. I was a bit surprised when I learned we will need to wait for ~10 weeks after signing the contract. This is how popular they are. :) It was nice he made the timeline clear at the very beginning. The proposal he put together was informative and very competitive in terms of pricing. The final results also exceed our expectations. No tricks or games. We hired Alto Contracting to replace our old driveway. They gave us a detailed estimate explaining every part of the process. On the day of the paving, Rick and his crew arrived right on time and showed the highest level of professionalism all throughout. They made sure it was exactly what we wanted and took great care in preventing any possible drainage issues. The end result exceeded our expectations. We got the stamped concrete job done by Rick on our patio floor. He was there during all the critical phases of the work -giving directions and being hands on with his team.
Not only they did a fabulous job with removing old patio and pouring new concrete, they were also very good with cleaning up and re-surfacing the lawn after all the work was done.
I would absolutely recommend him and will use him for our future projects!

I realized that I never gave the applause due to Alto Contracting for the beautiful extension of my patio. The original patio consisted of minimal bluestone laid in dirt, and after several years of shifting it looked terrible. Alto provided the correct foundation, used my existing bluestone along with additional needed to extend per my condominium specifications. I appreciated the cost savings. Workers were friendly, efficient and very careful with sprinkler system. Highly recommend!

We hired Alto Contracting to do a complete replacement of our badly degraded blacktop driveway, and we are delighted with the results! They came in with a precise estimate that clearly explained what work was going to be done. Rick was great about informing us when work would begin and what we would need to do to prepare for his crew, and he kept us well informed through every step of the replacement process. After the gravel base layer had been put down, but before the blacktop was laid, a large thunderstorm rolled through, dumping a lot of rain, and washing out some of the gravel from the driveway

We engaged Alto Contracting to build two sets of retaining walls and level an area for a Japanese garden on a steep slope. The project was challenging because of the steep slope (more than 40 degrees) and limited access, and also required local Planning Board approval (because it was a steep slope) and a building permit. Rick, the owner, had excellent thoughts on how to best construct the two retaining walls and level the area, which is why we chose to go with Alto Contracting. He was also very helpful in suggestions for other aspects of the project.
