Great experience with Precision Door! Glenn, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating and helpful. I had 4 commercial garage doors replaced, with nice insulated doors. Other companies wanted to drop the header and use a smaller door but Glenn was able to install a quick turn radius to keep the same 12’ doors in place. I took way too long (6 months) from initial install to finishing the drywall and getting the electrical hooked up. When the doors finally ran on the motor, we had some problems. The tech Nathan did a great job figuring out how to fix my issue, told me everything he was going to do and gave me an estimate before doing any work so I knew what to expect. Can’t share enough positive things about Precision. From scheduling, text/email communication, expectations, and confirmation to the guys who did the work. Nathan was great, came on-time as scheduled and talked through solutions/repair options to find out what fit best for us. Kyle came to help as well and both were very respectful, trustworthy, and answered any/all questions and did quality work. I was extremely satisfied with the installation and service that Glenn Nunez and his team provided for my new door. Glenn really went out of his way to ensure I would get my delivery for my summer home garage before the season ended. He offered a lot of great advice on color & materials . Everyone I dealt with at Precision Door of Providence was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My technicians assigned to install were efficient and friendly .
