Our central air system broke. First guy we called said the problem couldn't be fixed and kept trying to sell us a new unit. We then called Siener Air to get another opinion - Al and Nicole came out the next day and had our air conditioning running perfectly in 24 hours. They were truly a breath of fresh air. 100% recommend for those who want an honest and transparent team.

Highly recommended! Alvin Siener's office personnel and his technicians (Stephen & Nicole) are true professionals and he is a hands-on owner…Love that! They are responsive, competent, honest and very pleasant. Service is on point, and pricing is more than fair! Alvin immediately identified the problem and gave me a detailed estimate to replace… the unit. No surprises! Today, they dismantled an old Trane 3.5 ton-R22 unit and installed/retrofitted a new Ameristar-R410. This was easily the most enjoyable HVAC technician experience I have had. When I set up an appointment, they gave me a time they would arrive, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were quick to assess the problems with my AC unit. They explained what they were doing in a way that was not condescending but extremely helpful. Siener Air has amazing service and their work is phenomenal. I will for sure call them, if I ever have any HVAC problems in the future.

We just built a new house in Slidell, La and Seiner Air installed a variable speed high efficiency air conditioning in our new house. Each room can be independently temperature controlled and our utility bills during the summer averaged $180.00 per month which was outstanding. We were super pleased with the professional install and the attention to details. I highly recommend Seiner Air to anyone looking to install or maintain their a/c systems.
