Since it was founded in 1994, the focus of Right-Trak Design, Inc. has been multi-family facilities construction management with emphasis on customer service. We offer a wide range of architectural and construction design services. Our services include but are not limited to capital needs assessments, budgeting & planning, construction administration, facilities consulting, preventative maintenance and more.

Property inspection reports that estimate the future costs of property maintenance, as well as determining the cost to repair any parts of a property that must be fixed urgently. Through our affiliate, Northern Architectural Design Group, we can offer a wide variety of architectural and engineering services for schools, commercial and office space.

Quality Assessment, Planning and Architectural Services for your next project, large or small. Jerry Wuebbolt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Prior to founding Right-Trak Design, Inc. in 1994, he served as General Engineer for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Manchester, NH and was involved with the implementation of federal guidelines and regulations.

Through our affiliate, Northern Architectural Design Group, we can offer a wide variety of architectural and engineering services for schools, commercial and office space, historic preservation projects, industrial facilities, state and municipal projects, public housing, hotels & resorts, churches, and urban & town planning.Right-Trak Design can assist with your budgeting and planning needs.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of siding, flashing, and insulation which includes three apartment buildings, a community building, and a maintenance garage. The renovations to Rogers House started with the assessment of the Building in the summer of 2015, at which time an application to the Land and Community Heritage Program (LCHIP) was submitted with Funds secured the spring of 2016.
