Chris Nelson, the new owner, and his staff are turning Cumberland Liquidators around to be a "pretty impressive" furniture store.
The whole experience of my visit that day was more than rewarding.
I got the couch that I wanted. Even was able to have it delivered and set up as a surprise.

Top notch customer service! The owners and staff members were very attentive without being overbearing. They were prepared to answer any questions we had.
