Jerry from J&B replaced my old water tank that had started to leak. He did an outstanding job, and when complications arose in trying to set up the electrical connection between the old boiler and the new hot water tank, he brought in a great electrician who took care of that issue. Jerry is highly professional, very personable and does exceptionally neat work. I was very impressed by that and completely happy with the quality of the job. Oh by the way the whole job came in at a lot less than a quote I got from another plumber in the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

My wife and I just bought our first house. Just our luck that in the first month, there was a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find a plumber, and J & B was able to help. Brian from J & B stopped by and took care of everything. He was personable, knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all my questions (even general questions about the plumbing systems in old houses).
Overall, we really got lucky by finding J & B. We will definitely call on them again next time there is an issue or if we decide to do some routine maintenance.

We needed our toilet replaced quickly following a klutzy accident that left part of our toilet rim cracked off, causing water to leak out with each toilet flush. My husband and I called at least 5 other companies, none of whom could fit us into their schedules for the next couple days. Then we called J&B's Plumbing - My husband called at 1:43pm and got a call back from Jerry 3 minutes later. He was super accommodating and moved us up in their call list due to our urgent situation. Jerry was very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my home to work on our plumbing issue. He saved us a good amount of money, assuring me that he could fix our shower valve with a replacement part, instead of getting a whole new system installed (we returned that system to home depot). He came by at 3:30pm, called up a plumbing supply place, went and got the part, and got it all done by 5pm! Highly recommended, and I will be calling J&B's plumbing from now on whenever I need a plumber.
