Creative did a great job on our overall plan and execution of getting our backyard landscape, pool, spa, and hardscape completed just how we wanted it. Jeremy was awesome to work with from the start and stuck with us throughout the entire process beginning with conceptual design and ending with a solid plan . Ryan, Joel, Kylee, and Alyssa were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in how they followed up on the things that needed addressed. The communication with Creative has ALWAYS been top notch. This is my first review of Creative Environments and I will try to be as accurate as possible without letting my frustration take complete control.
Our home builder has a relationship with creative and they are the preferred landscape/pool company for our home builder. We were given an incentive to work with Creative and as part of the incentive Creative was to complete the job on or slightly after our closing date.
We signed our contract, and made our deposits to Creative Environments in February of 2021. Our house was set to close September 2021. By the end of March 2021

Creative Environments did our original pool and landscape design when we built our home 5 years ago. The design is great and they have always stood behind their work as we have tweaked and made updates/additional improvements over the years. I was told I would get phone calls, but never got them. I was promote to answer my emails and thought I had forgotten to reply at times but looking at my email history, it would be weeks to get an email replied. It seems like I was not a concern or priority when trying to ask for their services. I wish I didn't waste so much time waiting.
