I live in The Gardens ,at Willow Creek, in Prescott Az ,we had a large area that got hit with a hail storm with most residents having major roof damage. I along with several neighbors contacted Arrow roofing, after reading several great reviews and checking with the BBB,to see if they had any complaints,they were well recommended. Colby was very helpful and thorough in advising us on our needs after a bad hailstorm--even walking us through the insurance claim. A large crew came on time at 7 in the morning and finished by about 3:30 p.m. They cleaned up meticulously. I went on the roof and inspected the job--looked great. Definitely recommend Arrow Roofing.

Arrow Roofing was in the neighborhood and they did a great Sales job and promised to address all of my concerns.
My existing roof sheathing had a buckle and bow and needed repairs . Stated that they recognized the issue and it would be fixed during the roofing process.
I even offered to pay for any extra work needed. They roofed over the problem and I still have a buckle and valley in my roof. They said it wasn't rotten so it was not their concern. It was a big concern to me and it still remains. Everytime I drive up to my home I see this mess.

I was offered Arrow Roofing as one of the companies my insurance has worked with in the past. I did engage them for a proposal for a new roof. Beautiful job on my new roof and skylight tubes! Very professional team. I highly recommend them. Only complaint, if there is one, is I keep finding roofing nails on the ground where they weren't before, even a week after the install! Guess they are blowing off the roof. Anyway, great guys, kept me informed, and were very nice to work with.

From the very beginning to the end result was virtually seamless customer service and professional installation. Working with the insurance company and their Assigned inspector, Courtney was great, And with the follow through . Bud runs a tight ship yet his hard working workers seem happy . I have never seen a Roof With delivered supplies, off and new on all in less than nine hours including cleanup and hauling everything away. I have already referred this company to two people, one of which said he needs a roof soon. Impressive.

I hired Arrow Roofing to fix my roof. From start to finish they were very professional. Their sales staff answered all of the questions promptly. When they came out to inspect my roof I watched and they did a thorough job. They gave me an estimate and estimated time to get the project finished. Would not recommend! Poor response time and lack of communication. After an on site inspection was performed for a full shingle roof replacement and I received an estimate which I signed, they called me 1-2 days later saying the price would be significantly more due to them not being able to repair the patio portion of the roof which was metal. I feel this is bad business because I provided them a copy of the insurance papers which had dimensions as well as descriptions of the different parts of the roof requiring replacement, they saw the roof in person, and then provided me with an estimate

I can't say enough about Charlie Ponter at Arrow Roofing! He has provided the best customer service I've ever received! Not only did he handle every aspect of the project from start to finish but I had a beautiful new roof in one day!!! He evaluated the roof, found I had hail damage, and gave me insight into filing a claim with my homeowners insurance co. Then he met the adjuster at my house, had the ladder up for her and they both looked at the roof together. The claim was approved and he handled all the rest of the paperwork and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward!!!
