They must be going out of business. For the last 3 weeks, no one has answered any e-mails, calls, or texts. Main sales line & all possible options go to voicemail, and all 6 customer service representatives that I've been in contact with are unresponsive, half of which are no longer with the company or had their lines disconnected.
It's been about a year since I took on a loan for the project, the money went directly to Moxie (big mistake). They haven't even dropped materials off at my house, and I've been making payments with nothing to show for it.

They are great to work with during the sales and planning. Once you sign the contract they forget about you. We've been working with Moxie since August. Finally received solar panels at the end of October but they still have not been connected. We are now having to pay for Solar Panels that do nothing. We continue to try and contact Moxie but reaching anyone and getting responses is slim to none.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I have already made 2 payments on a loan for a system that isn’t operational yet. The install started months ago and now I can’t even get a response from anyone at Moxie. I have made multiple phone calls and sent many emails with no response. I just want the job I am already paying for to be complete and this company doesn’t even have the decency to communicate with their client. Please consider another company when choosing your solar install. Maybe this post will get me someone to call me. ???

We were very impressed by Moxie during the initial sales process. They were patient with us while we dealt with other issues on our new home in during the pandemic. When we were ready to move forward, Moxie moved quickly to get the panels up on our roof. Unfortunately, from there, this process has been wholly disappointing.

At first they were great to deal with got things rolling pretty quick which was awesome. I had some things that I had to get done one my end and due to the shortages of materials and other things I was two and a half months behind schedule. I got back to them as soon as I was ready and it was slow going with them. They would kind of just pass you around the office. The communication was poor at best, they would just say they will be there Monday or give you some kind of hard date with zero fallow through. I have been waiting over two months for them to finish the project and they cant seem to figure

I have been very dissatisfied with my experience so far. The entire project has ground to a halt because we're waiting on the Moxie electrician to sign a document. We have been waiting for *6 weeks*.
I've called, I've emailed, my husband has done the same, and there has been no substantial response. They haven't communicated any path forward. We will be actively DOUBLE PAYING for the solar and the electricity this month and going forward since this project is so delayed.

Absolutely no one has contacted me back after the panels were put on the roof. They have not finished the installation and I have no idea if they ever will finish the installation. It has been over a month since I've heard from anyone. This entire process has been beyond frustrating.

Our sales advisor gave us multiple options and we went with the solution that seemed to work best for our needs and budget. MOXIE took care of all the paperwork and permits to get us under construction and up and working. The entire process took 9 weeks from start to finish, but our Utility (Duke Energy) was the main holdup, several weeks longer to grant us approval to operate (due to a billing system update we were told) so the project would have gone even faster without that glitch from our power company. I must start off by saying that the sells people are initially very nice. I was informed that the entire process should take no more than 3 months. I signed in April 2021, it is currently Oct 2021, and I still do not have solar power. I actually have not heard from Moxie Solar, although I have left multiple messages with the sells people, design agent, and customer service as well.
Moxie had calculated, and I was informed that sixteen (16) panels were needed in order to achieve my desired results. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that the Moxie engineers had made a mistake in their calculations

First, the solar panels themselves are excellent and we've really enjoyed the benefits of having 13 panels on our home. It has saved us money month over month, and will continue to do so. We also really enjoy the app we were provided to follow the energy our solar panels generate and also the amount of trees we've saved by going solar. The panels are a great product, were installed well, and have had no issues since being put on our roof. For the product, app, and install (once it happened) I would give 5/5 stars.
