We had two scheduled appointments, and both times these folks did not show up as promised. To add insult to injury, in neither case did they call to give us any indication they weren't coming, nor did anyone in the office follow up to make sure the work was done. As I read other reviews for them, I see this is a pattern of behavior that extends back years.

Westerly glass did an outstanding job making our bathroom dreams come true. The came over and did a great job measuring and fitting the custom space. Would certainly Recommend.

This company has a real issue with managing customer relationships. We had scheduled appointments with them for a repair job in which they were no shows both times. No callback, rescheduled, "sorry we can't make it", just a no-show. Normally, a company would have an employee monitoring the work orders. In this case, the adult in the room apparently decides "No soup for you" and just doesn't show. Avoid like the plague! Too, check the reviews, you'll find this is a pattern of behavior with them going back years.

Thank you Westerly Glass! Our door looks great and is now safe with new safety glass. Clean, quick and the entire process was cleaned up and hauled away. Our home was built in 1840 and the door looks great.

They came to my home today installed glass for my walk in shower.couldn’t be happier very accommodating and very professional. did everything they said they were going to do I would recommend them to anybody thank you Westerly glass

No showed my appointment. Rescheduled and they showed up without the necessary equipment. Gave them one last chance and they botched the order. Extremely unprofessional in every aspect of how it was handled. Used a local competitor and could not have been happier. Avoid this place completely.

What an outstanding experience I had with the folks at Westerly Glass. I was in need of having 6 screen panels re-screened. I spoke with Suzanne, who sent her husband Jim and son Brian over to remove, re-screen, and replace the screens. They were prompt and courteous. Suzanne kept me informed as to how long the project would take as they had to order extra screening. How great it was to deal with a local family run business and not a big box store. In light of what's going on globally, I feel good dealing with a local business who help to keep our country running!

We appreciate these people so much. We ordered a large glass door for our new Master Bath. They were great and delivered on what they said. The door is just as functional as discussed & even more beautiful. They offered just the right amount of options, helped us with decisions, changed things when we changed our minds, great customer service & care, excellent prices; we highly recommend them!

Needed replacement glass for a coffee table. What I have now looks SO much better. Kind of glad it broke! Wasn't able to make it into the shop personally, but was walked through over the phone all the different glass types that would work. Who knew? I thought glass was glass. Table is done and the biggest refielf, they got it done before my mother in law came to town (who gave the table to me!).

Saw a long, poor review for this glass business here on Yelp. I have always found them to be helpful in the past so brought my order for a partial sheet of plexiglas with 4 holes drilled in the corners. Picked it up today (1/23/18) and the order was done as I asked and the staff there was pleasant. Just as I remember it. Thanks!

I would rate this company lower if i could!! Not only did a replacement plexi glass table top take 3 wks when it was supposed to b 3 days, but the woman we dealt with was rude & used foul language! We were quoted $70 - $90 & was then told $298+ once it was finally completed! When we complained about the service & language the price was knocked down to $200 but upon delivery was given a bill for $233 with an additional $60 labor fee! Horrible experience & we will never do business with this company again!

Have a home in Watch Hill and have found Westerly Glass to provide the worst service ever! Very consistent with others here. They just don't care! I Have called three times for an appointment and been promised a visit and call back prior to visit. Each time nothing happened!!! Giving up and could not be more disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Wait all day for them to call and visit...nothing...Very bad service and just plain rude and not interested!

They have scheduled 3 and no-showed on three appointments in the last three weeks. I called today after they missed another one yesterday. The owner could not have cared less, no apology nothing. She said they would try and come out Thursday and then said she had to go because another customer at the shop was also upset with her. WOW. Do yourself a favor and use Dependable Glass in Westerly.

Have to agree with the other review. If I could give 0 stars I would. For some reason they seem to be the only game in town to replace broken windows so that means they can run an absolutely horrible business.

One pane of a window broke (11/20/13) so I contacted them to fix it. Went there with the window they got it sized and said it would take 3 weeks. About 4 weeks pass and nothing. I call them up and they tell me they missed a measurement and couldn't find my number so nothing was done. Wonderful. I bring the window again and it was suppose to be another 3 weeks. Of course more excuses

Westerly glass is a family owned business that has been around for over 60 years. Everytime I order glass from there it is a pleasant experience and a quality job. They make sure to keep me up to date with the progress of my order and are also super dependable. I will always recommend them to anyone in the westerly area looking for glass. A++++

This the most incompetent, disorganized, inept company I ever dealt with. How they have been in business this long is amazing. They lie and tell you your order is ready and then call back with an excuse about why they can't be there to install it. They told me my glass doors would be ready in 3 weeks and it has been 8 weeks. I also found out this is an unlicensed company operating illegally in RI. Stay away, stay far away. And by the way, if you read a positive review on line about Westerly Glass, it was written by them.
