Once again....In 2009 I purchased a Carrier 5 Ton Heat Pump from Vaughn's in Winnie. Today, they made my annual service check and cleaning. When they were finished, I was confident that my Unit would continue to provide us with the cooling and warmth that I expected when it was purchased. They informed me of the condition of my unit, which was… very good according to them, cleaned the outside unit and tested the system. I purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the system and when the time comes for me to replace the system...Vaughn's will do it all over again. Thanks for 8-1/2 years
